Eat These High Vibe Foods! (+ Low Vibe Foods To Limit!)

You Truly Are "What You Eat,"  

So are you THRIVING or just SURVIVING?

Sure, it's safe to say that most of us know the difference between an apple and a Snickers bar... But what is it about our food that dictates whether it has a high or low vibration? Whether it is healthful or harmful?

See below for an easy-to-follow guide on which foods are considered healthful & high vibrational — and which are low-vibrational and should be avoided! 


High-Vibrational Foods

These foods & beverages are considered high-vibrational because they are ALIVE, CLEAN, PURE, and in their most NATURAL STATE. They are sourced, cultivated, and harvested ethically, consciously, healthfully, and with loving/positive intention. 

  • Pure/Filtered Water (limit drinking out of plastic bottles!)
  • Organic, Local (if possible) Fresh Fruits and Vegetables - the higher the water content, the higher the vibe! 
  • Organic Leafy Greens
  • Young Plant Shoots & Sprouts
  • Soaked, Organic Seeds, Nuts, Herbs, & Spices
  • RAW Chocolate, Raw Honey, Raw Maple Syrup
  • Unpasteurized, Fermented Foods & Beverages (i.e. kimchi, sauerkraut, unsweetened yogurt, kombucha, and kefir).
  • Legumes
  • Whole Grains (i.e. brown rice, buckwheat, amaranth, spelt)
  • Healthy, Cold-Pressed, Organic Oils (i.e. olive oil, coconut oil)
  • Herbal Teas
  • *If you choose to consume animal products, Choose: Free-Range/Wild Caught, Organic, Hormone-Free, Antibiotic-Free, & Ethically Sourced.

Low-Vibrational Food Products

This list may be difficult to accept, because many of these "foods" are produced in such a way that we literally become ADDICTED to them! Slowly begin to remove these "foods" for your daily diet to take control over your health! 

  • Processed, Packaged, Manufactured Foods
  • Sugar, artificial sweeteners, additives
  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes/Nicotine 
  • Coffee
  • Soda
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • White Rice, White Flour
  • Canola Oil, Vegetable Oils, Especially -- PALM OIL (This is an important issue, and it's found in so many products we aren't even aware of!)**
  • Chemically Altered, GMO Foods
  • Conventionally Sourced Animal Products (animals that have been unethically fed, treated, slaughtered, etc...)
  • Fried Foods/Overcooked Foods
  • Canned & Frozen Foods
  • Foods that have been MICROWAVED (I stopped using the microwave years ago, and never looked back! More on this in another post...)
  • Pasteurized cows milk, yogurt, & cheese.

I know these lists may seem overwhelming, especially if you notice that you tend to get most of your diet from the low-vibe list.
