My mission is to empower you as you reconnect with your body, find your rhythm, your breath, your voice, your path... and anything else that you're seeking. Trust me, I've been there too.

6 Steps To Healing From The Inside, Out
Eat Empowered: Eat whole foods, vegetables, fruits, grains, lean proteins. Organic whenever possible. Stay hydrated. Avoid processed foods, sugars, and other low-quality foods. Sleep well.
Sweat + Stretch: Whether you love to run, practice yoga, sports, or hitting the gym - trauma is stored somatically, so let's get moving!
Be Mindful + Breathe: Awareness of your breath- breath-work calms and cleanses the body. Practicing mindfulness means injecting presence into everything you do. Use of affirmations. Chew slowly. Listen before you speak. Meditate. Go green. Vote with your dollar and choose to shop only with sustainable and responsible companies.
Reflect + Self-Study: Journal. Read. Create. Dive deep into learning more about why we are the way we are (self-study). What events in our lives have dictated the way we behave now? How can we manage the way we respond, rather than involuntarily reacting to situations?
Self-Care + Setting Boundaries: Hot bath. Restorative Yoga. Home-cooked meals. Facials, manicures, spa days. Read a good book, Get enough sleep. Setting boundaries (not over-extending yourself, limiting time spent with people or things that stir negativity).
Organize + Routine: Accountability. Coordinating work-flow. Tidy living spaces. Morning/evening routines. Managing schedules with efficiency. Planning ahead and meal-preparation.
