Sessions are adaptable to all levels, whether you're new to yoga, or an experienced yogi looking to deepen your practice.  With a "yoga is for every-body" approach, you will leave your session feeling supported, empowered, and confident.

  • Breathing exercises to calm the body + the mind
  • Breakdown of the fundamental yoga postures
  • Assistance with proper alignment 
  • Sequences to build strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina*
  • Relaxing savasana (resting pose at the end of the session)
